* Automatic character backup
* Automated installation procedure.
* Original configuration restoration.
* Support for multiple modifications.New interface to launch the game.
General Changes
* Changes to the loading screen art.
* Main GUI graphics borrowed from Abyss.
* Censoring removed from monsters in affected regions.
* Luck noticeably affects the quality of drops at increased levels. (Luck caps at 1,000.)
* Sexy Holloway voices are back!
Posters
A new poster rotation and some additions.
Players
* Maximum character level capped at 55 for optimal end game difficulty.
* Melee damage bonus from strength now 3%. (Abyss 2.0 fix.)
* Sprint cool down reduced.
Monsters
* The 5 lies now have first time loot tables and champion loot tables thereafter.
* Shulgoth, Occulis, The Brain, The Beast of Abbadon & Sydonai have all had their loot tables updated.
* 2 bosses have a more monstrous appearance.
Quests
* Quest objectives have been progressively increased and reach a cap of 100 in act 5.
* Better palladium and experience returns for quests.
* 6 common dye kits are awarded between certain quests.
* Joey offers the cube as a reward for 'Joeys Secret'.
Difficulty
* Mob density in Elite mode increased.
* Optional difficulty modification: Elite mode for normal players.
o Enjoy Elite mode multipliers such as increased champion and mob density while using keeping optimal damage ratio from normal mode.
o This additional package must be installed and Elite mode chosen for this modification to work.
Inventory
* Inventory increased by x2 and personal stash by x10.
* Most consumable stack sizes increased to 100.
* Scrap stack sizes increased to 10,000.
Vendor and Wares
* Vendors sometimes sell Unique armor and Weapons at premium prices.
* Vendors sometimes sell Legendary mods.
* Crates and boxes now only drop Palladium and consumables.
* Legendary augmentations cost multiplier balanced.
* Vendors sell the new items: Grenades, Skill & Attribute Retrainers and Zombot Plans.
* The crafter provides less common items.
* The crafter and merchant resets every 2 minutes.
Items
* Maximum augmentations on items 5.
* Maximum item upgrades 20. (Careful not to nano too high.)
* Stun Baton (Warts Leg) equitable by all factions.
* Dye Kit colour sets tweaked.
* Elite and Templar chests drop rare items not found anywhere else.
* Various Zombot and Fawkes Force Five parts drop throughout the game.
* Sydonai named armour only drops from Sydonai.
* Restoratives now drop randomly throughout Hellgate at half the rate health and power injectors do.
* Increased firing rate of sniper rifles.
* Size of sniper rifles rescaled to realistic sizes.
Mutant Items
Mutant items are the weapons that only drop from named bosses and commonly have the bosses name in the title. It appears these items were originally planned to be marked as Mutant but were instead given legendary quality. In this patch, we have changed these items to Mutant quality, distinguishable by its purple appearance. These items no longer have a low fixed level but scale to character level. There are a total of 6 bosses that drop various Mutant items.
Techsmith Loot
Previously only available from the Mind of 314, these curious items now spawn elsewhere in the game too. Your best chance to find these items though is still the first time through the Mind of 314 in either difficulty. You are not likely to find the items resetting this instance.

* Zombot can be assembled if you find all the parts.
Fawkes
* All Hallows Visage and Fawkes Flames Guards now drop from a certain boss.
* Fawkes Grenades available from the vendor for 150.
* Zombot plans available from the vendor for 100,000.
* Fawkes Force Five can be constructed with the right parts.

| Backup & Installation Notes |
- Always make a backup of the files that are overwritten by the File Archive, as the original files are usually required to update the game to a newer version or to play Online!
- Some No-CD/Fixed EXE files work fine in Single Player mode but are detected to be modified when trying to play online. When this happens use the original EXE to play online, else you could find yourself banned from the game!
- When using Fixed Files make sure to use a Firewall which controls outgoing traffic, as some games call back to report the use of these modified files!
- Some original games do not work when a certain application has been installed, like DAEMON Tools. In most cases using a No-CD or Fixed EXE will solve this problem!
- Some Game Trainers are sometimes reported to be a Virus or Trojan, the most common is a keylogger called HotKeysHook or the file has been packed/protected with VMProtect or Themida and is recognized as Win32/Packed.VMProtect or Win32/Packed.Themida. In ALL cases this is a FALSE ALARM as NONE of the Game Trainers @ GCW contain known malicious code! More info in the PC Games FAQ!
- If you have problems using a trainer in combination with Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 10 then make sure to run the trainer with Administrator rights and when needed in Windows XP or Windows 98 compatibility mode!
- ALL available trainers are for Single Player/Offline use ONLY! Don't try to use them online else your account can/will be banned/closed!
